Abstract: From the point of the current employment situation, on the one hand, graduates can't find the competent job, on the other hand, companies can't recruit the right people. The fundamental reason that made the contradiction between supply and demand lies in employment and entrepreneurship ability of university students do not link with social needs, so that the university students' employment ability is obviously deficient. To solve this problem, the paper explores the needs of enterprises for the employment and entrepreneurship ability of college students, and points out the problems and reasons existing in the employment and entrepreneurship ability of college students at the present stage. Finally, based on the needs of enterprises, this paper puts forward the strategies for cultivating the employment and entrepreneurship ability of college students, they are political education, teaching reform, integration of profession and entrepreneurial education, cooperation between school and enterprise and makerspace and so on.
