Abstract: In the information age, education informatization has become an inevitable trend in the development of higher education. Practical teaching is the key link of the cultivation of talent innovation ability in local undergraduate colleges, but the current local undergraduate colleges cannot effectively apply modern information technology to practical teaching, resulting in the unsatisfactory effect of practical teaching. This paper mainly discusses the reform of local undergraduate colleges and universities teaching informatization, points out its existing problems, and put forward to change traditional teaching concept, will be fully integrated into the information technology teaching, constructing the ecosystem and to strengthen the practice teaching informatization targeted measures, such as information management system of practice teaching in order to promote local undergraduate colleges and universities innovation application talents.
