Abstract: College students' employment guidance is an important part of college education, but its effectiveness has not been brought into full play. Based on this, this paper puts forward this research topic. Firstly, this paper analyzes the current situation of employment guidance, finds out several problems existing in the development of employment guidance, and puts forward corresponding strategies. Renew the concept of college students' employment guidance, deeply analyze the employment data information of college students, and carry out professional employment guidance for the personalized development of college students; Pay attention to the guidance of college students' career planning, strengthen the guidance in this regard, and help college students clarify their future employment goals, career development goals and long-term work direction; Adopt the way of school enterprise cooperation to cultivate college students' employment practice ability and improve the quality of college students' employment guidance.
