摘要: 该文针对机械工程专业实验的特点,如占空间大、存在潜在危险、成本高、结果不容易详细观察等问题,以驱动桥拆装测试实验为例,开发一套“虚实结合”的机械工程虚拟实验教学资源,开发过程体现生产、教学和科研相结合的原则。并以学生为中心,进行实体装备、虚拟为辅的教学。该实践不仅创造性地解决院校实验资源匮乏的问题,其开发过程更有利于提高专业的软实力,运行实施更让学生能力得到锻炼,使学生实现从操作到解决实际问题再到团队协作的能力递进式提高。这不仅实现了理论与实践教学的密切结合,也使人才培养与技术研发在学校和产业间协同联动,实现了教学实验平台先进性与安全、环保和低成本运行的有效融合。

Abstract: In view of the problems existing in mechanical engineering experiments such as occupies space, potentially dangerous, the high cost and the result is not easy to detailed observations, take the drive axle loading test experiment as an example, developed a set of teaching resources such as virtual experiment of mechanical engineering with combination of virtual and real. The development process reflects the principle of combining production, teaching and scientific research, and the implementation of student-centered, based on physical equipment, virtual auxiliary teaching operation. By the practice, it not only creatively solves the problem of lack of experimental resources in colleges and universities, but also helps to improve the soft power of the major in the development process. Moreover, the operation and implementation of this practice also exercises students' ability and improves students' ability progressively from operation to solving practical problems and then to teamwork. This not only realizes the close combination of theory and practice teaching, but also makes the talent training and technology research and development in the school and industry synergistic linkage, realizing the teaching experiment platform advanced and safe, environmental protection and low-cost operation of resources integration.
