协同育人模式下创新训练的探索与实践

摘要: 为贯彻教育部产教融合协同育人精神,秉承协同育人教学理念,对创新训练进行了探索与实践。按照企业需要设定创新训练项目和个性化培养项目,创立学校教师与协同指导的创新训练运行机制。改革创新训练教学模式,探索采取线上和线下相结合、理论指导与设备实践操作相结合、创新训练项目与典型工程实例相结合三种模式。建设精密检测、增材制造、数控激光加工、工程训练大赛等创新训练项目,搭建产教协同育人创新训练平台,打造一支创新能力、实践能力强的师资队伍,强化培养学生创新意识和解决复杂工程问题的能力。

Abstract: In order to implement the spirit of the Ministry of Education for the integration of production and education, and to uphold the teaching philosophy of collaborative education, innovative training has been explored and practiced. Set up innovative training projects and individualized training projects in accordance with the needs of the enterprise, and create an innovative training operating mechanism for school teachers and collaborative guidance. Reform and innovate the training and teaching mode, and explore the three modes of combining online and offline, combining theoretical guidance and practical operation of equipment, and combining innovative training projects with typical engineering examples. Construct innovative training projects such as precision testing, additive manufacturing, CNC laser processing, engineering training competitions, build an innovative training platform for industry-education collaborative education, build a team of teachers with innovative and practical capabilities, and strengthen the cultivation of students’ sense of innovation and solve complex problems ability to engineering problems.
