专业与创业深度融合的听障大学生创新创业教育研究与实践——以山东特殊教育职业学院工艺美术品设计专业为例

摘要: 残疾人就业难问题的解决,除了需要社会和政府大力支持外,更要使其通过职业教育习得创新创业能力,更好地回归社会、平等参与社会生活、提高适应社会发展的能力。该文以山东特殊教育职业学院工艺美术品设计专业为例,通过问卷调查摸清听障学生创新创业教育现状及存在的问题,探索“专业教育+职业技能+就业指导”“三位一体”的创业教育模式。

Abstract: In addition to the strong support of the society and the government, the solution to the problem of difficult employment of the sick should enable them to acquire the ability of innovation and entrepreneurship through vocational education, better return to the society, participate in social life equally and improve their social status. Taking the arts and crafts design major of Shandong Vocational College of special education as an example, this paper finds out the current situation and existing problems of innovation and entrepreneurship education for hearing-impaired students through a questionnaire survey, and explores the "Trinity" entrepreneurship education model of "professional education + vocational skills + employment guidance".
