摘要: 通过对艺术类研究生职业生涯教育现状的调查与分析,结合艺术类研究生的特点,构建高校、社会、企业多层次的职业生涯教育体系,提高艺术类研究生职业生涯决策能力,丰富教育的内涵,整合校内外资源,开展精准化、分类化指导,充分发挥导师在艺术类研究生职业生涯教育中的作用,从而提高艺术类研究生的培养质量,提高核心竞争力。

Abstract: Through the investigation and analysis of the status quo of professional career education for art graduates, combined with the characteristics of art graduates, a multi-level career education system for universities, society, and enterprises is constructed to improve the career decision-making ability of art graduates, enrich the connotation of education, and integrate internal and external resources, carry out precise and classified guidance, and give full play to the role of tutors in the career education of art graduates, so as to improve the quality of art graduate training and enhance core competitiveness.
