Abstract: Nowadays, colleges need to cultivate the innovative ability of business administration professionals and cultivate innovative enterprise management talents. This paper firstly proposes that cultivating innovative business administration undergraduates is conducive to both improve the training effect of talents and provide high-quality enterprise management talents, secondly combs the problems in the cultivation of business administration undergraduates, and finally proposes that to cultivate innovative business administration undergraduates, colleges should integrate the cultivation of innovative ability into classroom teaching and practice, and actively cooperate with enterprises to cultivate innovative management talents.
