摘要: 非技术能力是评估人才综合能力的重要指标,为了满足社会对人才的需求,开展基于课程思政改革的非技术能力达成研究。通过分析非技术能力指标与内涵,映射思政课程改革的本质,结合非技术能力培养存在的不足,提出基于“人文化”“人本化”“动态化”与“弹性化”等非技术能力培养理念,实现基于课程思政改革的非技术能力培养理念转变;融入非技术工程项目,创新能力达成教育手段,提升非技术能力达成教育工作的时效性与价值性;提出一种基于形成性评价的非技术能力间接评估方法,健全面向受教育群体的非技术能力评价体系,通过提升评估过程的多样化,使受教育群体正确地认知自我,从而更好地提升自我能力。

Abstract: Non-technical ability is an important index to evaluate the comprehensive ability of talents. In order to meet the social demand for talents, the research on the achievement of non-technical ability based on curriculum ideological and political reform is carried out. By analyzing the index and connotation of non-technical ability, mapping the essence of ideological and political curriculum reform, combined with the shortcomings of non-technical ability training, this paper puts forward the concept of non-technical ability training based on "human culture" "humanization" "dynamic" and "flexibility", so as to realize the transformation of the concept of non-technical ability training based on curriculum ideological and political reform. Integrate into non-technical engineering projects, innovate the means of ability achievement education, and improve the timeliness and value of non-technical ability achievement education; This paper puts forward an indirect evaluation method of non-technical ability based on formative evaluation, improves the evaluation system of non-technical ability for educated groups, and makes educated groups correctly recognize themselves by improving the diversity of evaluation process, so as to better improve their self-ability.
