摘要: 协同育人是现代社会各大高校培养专业性技能人才的重要手段,同时也是提升整体教学水平的关键方法。因此,有必要对基于宝鸡钛产业的材料物理专业协同育人模式进行探索。对材料物理专业协同育人重要性简述,并分析材料物理专业协同育人模式的短板。通过创建多核心的校企协同育人方案,建立多层次的专业育人结构体系,来完成初期模式的创新,再根据打造校企协同的“双师”教育团队,建设高质量的实践基地以及建立多元化的智能协同育人教学平台,进一步推动材料物理专业协同育人模式的创新与探索,最终提升教学育人水平。

Abstract: Collaborative education is an important method for major colleges and universities in modern society to cultivate professional skills, and it is also a key method to improve the overall teaching level. Therefore, it is necessary to explore the collaborative education model of material physics based on Baoji titanium industry. A brief description of the importance of collaborative education in materials physics, and an analysis of the shortcomings of the model of collaborative education in materials physics. Through the creation of a multi-core school-enterprise collaborative education program, the establishment of a multi-level professional education structure system to complete the innovation of the initial model, and then build a high-quality practice base and establish a diversified education team based on the creation of a school-enterprise collaborative dual-teacher education team the intelligent collaborative education teaching platform to further improve the innovation and exploration of the collaborative education model of materials physics, and ultimately improve the level of teaching and education in our country.
