学科交叉融合人才培养模式下课程建设探索——以工商管理专业为例

摘要: 新一代信息技术的发展改变了传统的商业模式与商业理念,学科交叉融合成为大势所趋,使得商科课程改革迫在眉睫。为此以工商管理专业为例,分析了当前商科课程建设存在的问题,并基于上海对外经贸大学工商管理学院的教学实践与“五财一贸”工商管理专业的本科生人才培养方案,从商科人才培养目标出发探讨了工商管理专业的课程建设思路,最后从调整课程体系、优化师资队伍与加大平台建设三个方面提出了课程建设路径,为商科课程建设提供参考。

Abstract: The development of the new generation of information technology has changed the traditional business model and business philosophy. The interdisciplinary integration has become the general trend, which makes the business courses reform imminent. Taking business administration as an example, we analyze the problems of the current business curriculum construction. With reference to the teaching practice of Shanghai University of International Business and Economics and the undergraduate training program of business administration majors of Five Finance and One Trade, we discuss the idea of curriculum construction for business administration majors and propose the path of curriculum construction from three aspects: curriculum system, faculty and platform construction. It provides a reference for the construction of business courses.
