Abstract: As a rapidly developing public research university for innovation and entrepreneurship education, University of Maryland ensures the countinuity and effectiveness of its innovation and entrepreneurship activities through building an ecosystem. The system is built within the university, but breaks through the barriers of the campus. It integrates curricula, teachers, funds and other resources available both inside and outside the school, and through the effective coordination mechanism to achieve a virtuous circle of technology, products and capital.It has some reference to colleges and universities in China to promote innovation and entrepreneurship education.
