摘要: 在国家实施创新驱动发展战略背景下,高校作为培养创新创业人才的摇篮,提高大学生创新创业意愿是培养创新创业人才的首要任务。该文从意识层面、认知层面、现实层面和技术层面分析了当前大学生参与创新创业意愿偏低的原因,针对性提出加强意识形态教育激发内在需求、专业课程中渗透创新创业教育提升认知、通过制度保障解决时间和精力冲突、多措并举营造创新创业常态化氛围等对策,建议高校建立创新创业平台,为教师、学生、企业建立沟通桥梁,整合校内外资源。

Abstract: Under the background of China's implementation of innovation-driven development strategy, as the cradle of cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents, it is universities' primary task to improve students' innovative and entrepreneurial intention to cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents. This paper analyzes the reasons for the low intention of college students to participate in innovation and entrepreneurship from the aspects of ideology, cognition, reality and technical difficulties.Specific proposing that strengthening ideological education to stimulate internal demand, Innovation and entrepreneurship education should be integrated into specialty courses to enhance cognition, solving conflicts by institutional guarantee, creating the atmosphere of innovative entrepreneurial by lots of measures. Universities are suggested to create innovative entrepreneurial platform, to build a bridge of communication between teachers, students and enterprises, integrate internal and external resources.
