Abstract: Since the introduction of dual education, it has set off a wave of entrepreneurship.As one of the important factors for starting a business, entrepreneurial resources have an important position that cannot be ignored. If entrepreneurs want to take advantage of the competition, they need to effectively identify entrepreneurial resources in order to gain a competitive advantage and improve the viability of the business in the process of growth. In the process of starting a new business, the shortage of resources or the unreasonable use of resources often leads to business failure. The analysis and decomposition of entrepreneurial resources enables entrepreneurs to effectively and rationally use entrepreneurial resources in the process of starting a business and to prepare for the development of the business.
