摘要: 医学生实习阶段是其走出校园步入社会的桥梁,妇产科是临床医学的一大分支,在医院中占据重要地位,妇产科临床教学具有自身的特点,高质量的妇产科临床教学是医学生从课堂的理论基础向临床的技能实践转化的关键环节。与传统教学方法对比,该教研室探索运用PDCA模式在妇产科实习生临床教学中的管理效果,总结出妇产科临床教学的薄弱环节,分析问题找出原因,制定并实施针对性整改措施,对策实施后进行查检,总结经验,巩固成果并持续改进,促使妇产科临床教学质量逐步提高。

Abstract: The internship stage is the bridge for medical students to step out of the campus and into the society. Obstetrics and gynecology is a major branch of clinical medicine and occupies an important position in the hospital. However, clinical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology has its own characteristics. Therefore, high-quality clinical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology is a key link for medical students to transform from the theoretical basis of classroom to clinical practice. Our department explored the advantage effect of PDCA mode in the management of clinical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology interns compared with traditional teaching methods. First, we summed up the weak links in the clinical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology, analyzed problems and certificated its reasons. Then, corresponding measures were formulated and performed to solve above problems. Third, we checked the effect of these measures after implementation. Finally, after summing up experience, we consolidated our achievements and continuous improvement, in order to promote the clinical teaching quality of obstetrics and gynecology incrementally.
