Abstract: With the development of economic globalization and social diversification, the demand for talents shows the characteristics of diversification, and it is more and more difficult to meet the market demand for simplified talent. Starting from the needs of enterprises, this study collates and analyzes the recruitment information, aims at the market demand, analyzes the shortcomings of Japanese education, and puts forward corresponding solutions based on the internal laws of education, so as to provide ideas for cultivating Japanese + major compound talents who really meet the social needs and realizing the benign interaction between enterprise demand and talent supply.
