Abstract: In order to systematically analyze the overall characteristics of the related research on the employment of college students in China, this paper adopts the bibliometrics method of Citespace software to analyze 1 425 articles in the Journal of 2021 from 2011 to 2021 in China Knowledge Network (CNKI). The study found that: the number of research on the employment of college students has tended to decrease in the past decade; the research institutions are relatively concentrated; the research objects gradually pay attention to the disadvantaged groups; the research background emphasizes the New Era; the research focuses on the supply-side reform of colleges; the research hotspots include higher vocational colleges, ideological and political education and the improvement of employment quality.
