摘要: 混合式课堂教学作为一种全新的教学模式,在高职护理专业及相关课程中得到广泛运用。护理礼仪与人际沟通作为一门理论与实际相结合的学科,要求任课教师要在其教学过程中构建符合当前学生特点及专业实践需求的教学模式。该文从具体的课程教学实例入手,探析混合式课堂教学在护理礼仪与人际沟通课程中的应用策略,从学情分析、教学内容设计、教学过程、教学评估及教学反馈等方面进行探究,以期为后续相关研究提供参考。

Abstract: As a new teaching mode, hybrid classroom teaching has been used widely in the senior high vocational school nursing profession and related courses. As a subject combining theory with practice, the subject of nursing etiquette and interpersonal communication requires teachers to construct a teaching model in accordance with the characteristics of students and the needs of professional practice. From concrete teaching examples, this article analysis the hybrid classroom teaching in the application of nursing etiquette and interpersonal communication course strategy, and explore from five aspects of learning situation analysis, teaching content design, teaching process, teaching evaluation and teaching feedback, in order to provide reference for subsequent studies.
