Abstract: Accompanied with the expansion of the graduate education and the improvement of its systematic structure,the focus of the graduate education in our country has shifted to the aspect of comprehensively improving the educational qualities of the graduates.Quality is the lifeblood of graduate education.Thesis is a carrier that can reflect the quality of graduate education accurately. This paper introduces the exploration and measures that the Shaanxi University of Science and Technology takes improving the quality of thesis as its grasp and strengthening the process management as its means, through taking a series of measures from thesis quality cultivation and quality evaluation to jointly establish a sound quality assurance system, and then effectively improve the quality of graduate education .
