Abstract: Practical training conditions are an important part of the practical teaching system of vocational education, which is of great significance to the realization of the goal of personnel training. This paper analyzes the adjustments and changes made by the construction standards of the hotel management and digital operation professional training conditions after the adjustment of the professional catalogue, summed up the current hotel professional training conditions and the new standards proposed by the digital, intelligent aspects of the gap, this paper puts forward suggestions to realize the new standards from four aspects: laying out the current training conditions, using virtual simulation technology to empower core skills, deepening the integration of production and education to promote comprehensive skills training, and introducing the basic skills training of data diagnosis and evaluation.
