摘要: 研究生校外实践培养体系旨在培养研究生协作能力和创新能力,提高核心竞争力,为今后就业提供保障和发展方向。该文针对安全工程专业人才需求及发展现状,对研究生创新能力培养在环节设置、研究生构成、实验条件、工程意识和执行实际情况五个方面存在的问题进行分析,针对上述问题提出有效举措,为形成安全工程专业领域的研究生校外实践培养体系,提高其协作和创新能力提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract: The graduate students’ off-campus practice training system aims to cultivate cooperation ability and innovation ability, improve core competitiveness, and provide guarantee and development direction for future employment. According to the demand and development status of safety engineering professionals, this paper analyzes the problems of the lack of innovation ability of postgraduates in four aspects:link setting, postgraduate composition, experimental condition, engineering consciousness and actual implementation, then puts forward effective measures to solve the above problems, in order to form an off-campus practice training system for postgraduates in the field of safety engineering specialty. Provide reference for improving the ability of cooperation and innovation.
