新工科人才创新创业能力培养的实践与探索——以厦门理工学院为例

摘要: 当前社会正面临新一轮科技革命和产业变革,为此,教育部提出新工科建设。厦门理工学院作为教育部首批创新创业教育改革示范高校,实施专业主修工程学位+辅修创业学位的培养方案、校企合作创新创业实验班、创业孵化器、国际合作培养等改革措施,积极探索新工科人才创新创业能力的培养,全面提升本专业的办学水平和创新创业人才培养质量。

Abstract: At present, the society is facing a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial reform. Therefore, the Ministry of Education puts forward the new engineering construction. Xiamen Institute of technology, as one of the first batch of innovation and entrepreneurship education reform demonstration universities of the Ministry of Education, has implemented reforms measures such as the training scheme of major engineering degree + minor entrepreneurship degree, school enterprise cooperative innovation and entrepreneurship experimental class, entrepreneurship incubator and international cooperative training, actively explored the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability of new engineering talents, and comprehensively improved the school running level and training quality of innovation and entrepreneurship talents.
