新工科理念下应用型工科专业人才创新能力培养模式探索

摘要: 面对世界范围内的科技产业革命,我国经济产业转型发展进入新常态。基于新工科理念,应用型专业转型发展成为当前各类型高校专业建设普遍关注的焦点问题。因此,以学生产出为导向,提高创新人才培养质量是适应当前经济转型发展的必然要求。该文基于我校电子科学与技术专业现状,以智能制造市场新技术需求为引导,基于新工科理念,从课程体系内容、创新平台建设、师资培养等方面对专业人才培养创新平台搭建与运行进行了设计与实施。教师及学生创新实践能力获得明显提高,对应用型工科专业人才创新能力培养具有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract: Facing the worldwide scientific and technological industrial revolution, China's economic and industrial transformation and development has entered a new normal. Based on the concept of emerging engineering, the transformation and development of applied specialty has become the focus of major construction in all kinds of colleges and universities. Therefore, it is necessary to adapt to the current economic transformation and development to improve the quality of innovative talents training guided by student output. Based on the current situation of electronic science and technology in our university, guided by the new technology demand of intelligent manufacturing market and based on the emerging engineering concept, the paper designs and implements the construction and operation of the innovation platform for professional talent training from the aspects of curriculum system content, innovation platform construction and teacher training. The innovation practice ability of teachers and students has been improved obviously, which has certain reference significance for the cultivation of innovation ability of application-oriented engineering talents.
