摘要: 三亚中瑞酒店管理职业学院酒店管理与数字化运营专业紧密围绕国家和海南地区经济建设和社会发展需求,通过联合合作企业,不断探索和创新产教融合校企协同的人才培养模式,建设实践教学平台,构建实践教学体系,搭建质量评价机制,创新教师队伍建设,提升社会服务能力,汇聚学校、企业、行业联动作用,夯实学生的基础技能,提升学生的职业能力,实现专业人才培养目标,为以酒店业为主的泛服务行业培养高素质、技能型人才。

关键词: 产教融合, 协同育人, 人才培养模式

Abstract: The Hotel Digital Operation and Management major of the Hospitality Institute of Sanya closely focuses on the economic construction and social development needs of the country and Hainan region, and constantly explores and innovates the student training mode of industry-education integration through joint cooperation with enterprises, building a practical teaching platform and system, setting up a quality evaluation mechanism, innovating the construction of teachers, and improving their abilities to serve the society. Bringing together the interaction of schools, enterprises and industries to consolidate students’ basic skills, improving their vocational ability and sustainable development ability to meet the goal of student profile, and to let the graduates become high-quality, skilled talents for the hospitality industry.
