摘要: 在新工科建设背景下,高校对创新人才培养提出了更高要求。结合信息类相关专业本科生培养实际,依托西南科技大学5G创新中心设立拔尖创新人才实验班,开展创新人才培养教学改革,实施产教研多维度融合、贯彻全面育人指导思想,形成具有行业特色的人才培养模式。通过创新人才实验班的综合教学改革,达到以点带面、提升大学生专业素养的目的,人才培养和教学改革成效显著。

Abstract: Under the background of new engineering, universities put forward higher requirements for talent training. Combined with the actual situation of undergraduate training of information majors, an innovation class has been established based on the 5G innovation center of Southwest University of Science and Technology. The class has implemented the multi-dimensional integration of industry, education and research, implemented the guiding ideology of comprehensive education, and formed a talent training mode with industry characteristics. The innovation class has achieved remarkable results in talent training and teaching reform.
