Research on the Mechanism of Attracting College Graduates to Employment in Liaoning under the New Normal

摘要: 在新常态发展背景下,我国的产业结构调整升级,企业就业结构发生变化,导致对人才需求标准的改变。许多高校毕业生在就业时所学知识不能完全符合社会需求,存在就业难的问题。该文以辽宁省高校毕业生就业状况为例,仔细分析新常态下辽宁省的产业转型带来的机遇和特点,研究了辽宁产业结构问题及其成因,指出了辽宁高校毕业生就业时遇到的问题与原因,并对辽宁省高校毕业生在新常态下实现就业提供了建议。

Abstract: Under the background of the development of the new normal, China's industrial structure adjustment and upgrading, the employment structure of enterprises has changed, and the personnel demand standards have changed. Many college graduates in the employment of knowledge can not fully meet the social needs, there is a difficult employment problem. Based on college graduates employment situation of Liaoning province as an example, under the careful analysis of the new normal, the opportunities brought about by the industrial transformation of Liaoning province and the characteristics of industrial structure in Liaoning is studied problems and their causes, points out the Liaoning encountered problems and reasons, the employment of university graduates and graduates of colleges and universities in Liaoning province in the new normal employment provides recommendations.
