Abstract: In order to improve the degree of fit between professionals and market positions, and enhance the innovative consciousness and entrepreneurial ability of talents, taking the major of automobile manufacturing and experimental technology as an example, the research on the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship practice teaching system under the training of“five talents training”was carried out. This paper analyzes the importance of constructing the practical teaching system of innovation and entrepreneurship for professional talents from two aspects: meeting the needs of upgrading and developing the market automobile manufacturing industry and optimizing the existing quality education model in colleges and universities, and interprets the“five talents training”standard of automobile manufacturing and experimental technology specialty. Some strategies are put forward, such as the teaching goal of design specialty based on the“five talents training”training standard, the establishment of characteristic innovation and entrepreneurship courses for automobile manufacturing and experimental technology specialty, and the innovative and entrepreneurial practice teaching methods with the concept of combining work with study, so as to comprehensively enhance the talents' ability and realize the comprehensive optimization of the practical teaching system in colleges and universities.
