“三教”改革背景下教师教学评价体系的研究与实践

摘要: 教师作为教学活动的重要主体,其教学水平和素质对教学质量产生重要影响。在这种情况下,需要对教师的教学能力以及教学全过程进行评价。但以往的评价体系难以对教师教学能力和教学全过程进行有效评价。为解决这一问题,该文基于“三教”改革背景,设计了一种新的教师教学评价体系。首先对“三教”改革背景进行介绍,再对教师教学能力评价体系进行优化设计。实践分析结果表明,设计的教师教学能力评价体系具有较好的评价效果,以期通过该研究为后续的教师教学水平评价提供参考。

Abstract: As an important subject of teaching activities, teachers' teaching level and their own quality often have an important impact on teaching quality. In this case, it is necessary to evaluate teachers' teaching ability and the whole teaching process. However, the previous evaluation system is difficult to effectively evaluate teachers' teaching ability and the whole teaching process. In order to solve this problem, this paper designs a new teacher teaching evaluation system based on reform of teachers, teaching materials and teaching methods. Firstly, it introduces the background of reform of teachers, teaching materials and teaching methods, and then optimizes the design of teachers' teaching ability evaluation system. The results of practical analysis show that the designed evaluation system of teachers' teaching ability has good evaluation effect, in order to provide some reference for the follow-up evaluation of teachers' teaching level through this research.
