摘要: 该文从本硕博一体化创新创业人才培养必要性分析出发,以机器人为载体,深入贯彻OBE教育理念,构建优化环境、导师带动、校企联动、组织互动的“四维一体”架构,进行“2因素+3维度+2突出”课程体系构建,即:智力与非智力因素的综合,知识、能力、素质三个维度的设置要求,突出交叉学科知识储备与跨学科合作,融合学校相关优势学科师资力量,调动企业力量支持,强化学生工程实践和创新能力、动手能力、团队合作能力的培养,以“教学、科研结合,研究生、本科生结合,课内、课外结合,校内、校外结合”的方式,构建本硕博一体化交叉创新创业思维、精神与能力体系,形成跨学科、跨专业交叉培养创新创业人才的新机制,全面增强本硕博学生的专业素养以及“敢闯会创”的综合能力,根据学校实际情况进行实践,本硕博一体化创新型人才培养取得较好成效。

Abstract: This paper starts from the necessity analysis of cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents for the integration of undergraduate, master and doctor, and uses robots as the carrier. Deeply implementing OBE education philosophy, building a “four-dimensional” structure by optimizing environment, mentor-driving, school-enterprise linkage, and organizational interaction while constructing a curriculum system of “2 factors + 3 dimensions + 2 emphasis”. That is to say, integrating intelligence and non-intelligence factors, setting requirements covering three dimensions of knowledge, ability, quality so that emphasizing the accumulation of knowledge in interdisciplinary fields, the cultivation of multidisciplinary research capabilities and the spirit of interdisciplinary cooperation. In the meanwhile, integrating the teachers of relevant superior disciplines of the school, mobilizing the support of the enterprise, and strengthening the students' engineering practice and innovation ability, practical ability, and teamwork ability, as a result, constructing a system of innovative and entrepreneurial thinking, spirit and ability that integrates undergraduate, master, and postgraduate students with the method of “combining teaching and scientific research, combining postgraduates and undergraduates, combining in-class and extra-curricular, and combining in- and out-of-school”. Accordingly, there will be a new mechanism for cross-disciplinary and cross-professional training of innovative and entrepreneurial talents, and comprehensively enhance the professionalism of undergraduate, master and doctoral students and the comprehensive ability of “dare to venture into and create”. According to the actual situation of the school, the training of innovative talents with integrated undergraduate, master and doctoral has achieved good results.
