摘要: 在新工科建设背景下,高等工程教育面临诸多问题。该文主要从协同育人的发展现状、多元育人的思路及我校机械类专业协同育人的实践三个方面进行了阐述,从由学校、政府、产业、社会、家庭等构成的多元主体育人方式入手,突出高校育人主体的重要性,提出了以学校为主体,统筹多方资源、增强办学活力、提高人才培养质量、强化多元主体协同育人的理念,并给出了多元主体协同育人模式实现路径,为其他院校新工科建设提供了参考。

Abstract: Under the background of the construction of new engineering, higher engineering education is facing many problems. This paper mainly expounds the development status of collaborative education, the idea of diversified education and the practice of collaborative education of mechanical majors in our university. Puts forward the idea of taking the school as the main body and coordinating multiple resources, enhance the vitality of running a school, improve the quality of talent training, strengthen the concept of multi-agent collaborative education, and gives the realization path of multi-agent cooperative education mode, which provides a reference for the construction of new engineering in other colleges and universities.
