摘要: 教学管理工作是高校管理活动的重要环节,是教学工作顺利运转的有力保障。师范生是未来教师队伍的预备军,师范生教育是教师专业化成长和发展的起点。推动师范生参与教学管理活动,构建系统的教学管理意识,有利于师范生就业竞争力和教育管理能力的提升,有助于师范生完成由学生到教师的身份转变。该文基于教师专业核心素养的角度,提出师范生参与教学管理活动的目的、内容和方法。

Abstract: Teaching management is an important link of university management activities, and it’s the strong guarantee for smooth operation of teaching. Normal students are the reserve forces for future teachers, and normal student education is the starting point for teachers' professional growth and development. Promoting normal students to participate in teaching management activities and constructing systematic teaching management consciousness will be benefit to the promotion of normal students' employment competitiveness and growth of educational management ability. At the same time, it will help normal students to complete the identity change from student to teacher. Based on the perspective of teachers' professional core qualities, this paper puts forward the purpose, content and methods of normal students' participation in teaching management activities.
