学前教育专业人才培养定位与实践路径的研究——以湖南民族职业学院为例

摘要: 对于学前教育专业的职业教育而言,人才培养的定位和实践路径以及二者结合的研究在多数院校中仍然停留在较为初级的阶段,这种初级阶段的表现首先是人才培养定位不清晰、与市场化的结合程度低,其次是实践路径与专业知识的理论研究之间有一定差距,最后是二者结合的程度不够紧密。因此,该文通过对湖南民族职业学院学前教育专业的师生进行调查,得出有关学前教育专业在人才培养定位和实践路径方面的成果,并加以分析。以湖南民族职业学院的调查情况为缩影,将其扩大到整个职业教育行业中学前教育专业的人才培养定位与实践路径问题,在对二者进行分析之后,该文针对这些分析结果提出有关学前教育专业人才培养定位与实践路径优化的相关对策。

Abstract: For the vocational education of preschool education, the research on the orientation and practice path of talent training and the combination of the two still remain in a more traditional stage in most colleges and universities. The performance of this traditional stage is firstly that the orientation of talent training is not clear and the combination with marketization is low, and secondly, there is a certain gap between the practice path and the theoretical research of professional knowledge, Finally, the combination of the two is not close enough. Therefore, through the investigation of teachers and students of pre-school education major in Hunan Vocational College for Nationalities, this paper will draw and analyze the achievements of pre-school education major in talent training orientation and practical path. Taking the investigation of a single school of Hunan Vocational College for Nationalities as an epitome, this paper expands it to the talent training orientation and practice path of preschool education major in the whole vocational education industry. After the analysis and reflection of the two, this paper will try to put forward relevant countermeasures for the talent training orientation and practice path optimization of preschool education major according to these analysis results.
