护理专业学生创新能力及其影响因素的调查分析

Research on the Innovation Ability of Nursing Students and Its Influencing Factors

摘要: 该研究采用大学生创新能力量表,对418名某高职院校护理专业学生进行调查,了解护理专业学生创新能力现状,并分析其影响因素,为提高学生的创新能力提供相应对策。研究结果显示:护理专业学生创新能力总分为2.50±0.53,各维度得分由高到低分别为创新思维3.06±0.78分,创新动机2.81±0.70分,想象力2.53±0.73分,创新技能2.31±0.63分,创新人格2.02±0.70分,担任职务、社会实践、参赛经历是影响学生创新能力的3个主要因素(P<0.05)。表明护理专业学生的创新能力处于中等水平,院校应鼓励学生积极参加社会实践,勇于担任项目活动的负责人,以各类大赛为契机,锻炼并提高学生的创新能力。

Abstract: A survey and analysis were conducted on 418 nursing students in the vocational college using the Innovation Ability Scale for College Students to investigate the current situation of innovation ability of nursing students and analyze its influencing factors, so as to provide corresponding countermeasures for improving students' innovation ability. The results show the total score of innovative ability of nursing students was 2.50±0.53, and the scores of each dimension from high to low were 3.06±0.78 for innovative thinking, 2.81±0.70 for innovative motivation, 2.53±0.73 for imagination, 2.31±0.63 for innovative skills, and 2.02±0.70 for innovative personality, and holding a position, social practice, and participation experience were the three main factors affecting students' innovative ability (P<0.05). The innovative ability of nursing students is at an intermediate level, and institutions should encourage students to actively participate in social practice, be brave enough to take charge of project activities, and use various competitions as an opportunity to exercise and improve their innovative ability.
