“PBL”教学法及其在法学教学中的运用

摘要: 目前,很多高校正在积极推进法学教学的改革,其核心目标是加强法律职业教育,培养法律专业人才。这一目标的实现需开展法学教学方法的改革。法律职业教育重在职业技能的训练,因此必须强化实践性教学。在西方法学教学中被广泛运用的“PBL”(基于问题学习)教学法,已被证明是培养法律职业技能的有效方法之一。通过追溯其特点和理念,分析其与传统教学方法的不同,探讨其运用于法学教学的具体方法、目标以及与其他实践教学方法的关系,将有助于其更有效地服务于我国法学教学改革。

Abstract: At present, some colleges are actively promoting the reform of legal education, and its core goal is to strengthen legal professional education, cultivate legal professionals. The realization of the goal must rely on the reform of legal teaching methods. Legal vocational education focuses on the training of vocational skills, so we must strengthen practical teaching. The “PBL” (Problem-Based Learning) teaching method, which has been widely used in western legal teaching, it has been proved to be one of the effective ways to cultivate legal professional skills. By tracing its characteristics and ideas, analyzing its differences from traditional teaching methods, and discussing its specific methods and objectives used in law teaching, as well as its relationship with other practical teaching methods, it will help it to serve the reform of law education in China more effectively.
