Abstract: College student association is a student organization which is composed of students voluntarily based on common interests and hobbies, registered clearly in the school, and carried out activities in accordance with its articles of association. College student association is an important carrier of campus culture construction, an important starting point of practical education in colleges and universities in China, and an important guarantee of the second class in colleges and universities in China. Societies play a great role in the practice of education in schools, but there are still some problems, the lack of institutions and scale of societies, the development of the good and the bad are uneven and so on. How to establish a good association, can let the association become a better brand to serve the school to practice the effect of education is the problem we have been exploring. We rely on the construction of “community workshops” according to the working experience of the community to create a new mechanism of practice and education.
