摘要: 人才学徒制培养对社会经济发展具有重要意义。学徒制主要是为企业发展提供人才,通过学校和企业共同合作的模式,在一定程度上激发人才潜力,符合当前企业发展对人才的需求,同时促进学校就业率的提高。该文对高职现代学徒制的概念进行阐述,结合当前高职院校人才培养中出现的问题,为现代学徒制的实施提供思路。

Abstract: The apprenticeship training of talents is of great significance for social and economic development. The apprenticeship system is mainly designed to provide talents for the development of enterprises. Through the mode of joint cooperation between the campus and the enterprises, it can stimulate the development of talents to a certain extent, meet the demand for talents in the current enterprise development, and promote the employment rate of the school. This article is based on the concept of modern apprenticeship in higher vocational colleges, combined with the current problems of talent training in higher vocational colleges, to provide ideas for the implementation of modern apprenticeship system.
