摘要: 职业院校的新教师是学校可持续发展的关键群体,职业院校师资队伍建设中新教师的培养非常重要。新疆生产建设兵团第一师阿拉尔市的职业教育正处在快速发展阶段,该文通过对第一师阿拉尔市职业院校新教师培养工作进行调查,了解到还存在认识不够、制度不健全、形式单一等问题,通过对存在问题进行剖析,提出了加大新教师培训力度、落实分层次培训、强化理想信念教育、搭建多元化发展平台、完善考核评价和做好传帮带教工作等对策,为第一师阿拉尔市职业院校新教师培养工作奠定基础。

Abstract: The new teachers in vocational colleges are the key group for the sustainable development of schools, and the training of new teachers in the construction of vocational colleges is very important. The vocational education in Alaer of the First Division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps is in the stage of rapid development. Through the investigation of the training of new teachers in the vocational colleges of Alaer of the First Division, this paper finds that there are still problems such as insufficient understanding, imperfect system and single form. Through analyzing the existing problems, this paper puts forward some countermeasures, such as strengthening the training of new teachers, implementing the multi-level training, strengthening the education of ideals and beliefs, building a diversified development platform, improving the assessment and evaluation, and doing a good job in helping and teaching, so as to lay a foundation for the training of new teachers in the vocational colleges of Alaer.
