职业素养培育的困境与对策探究

摘要: 随着社会经济的发展,在就业与职业发展过程中,高职学生职业素养的培育被提升到新的高度,社会与院校提升职业素养培育势在必行。该文阐述职业素养的内涵与功能体现,总结当前高职院校在职业素养培育中存在的问题,提出提高学生职业素养、培育自学意识、推动校园与企业文化活动互动建设、构建产教融合职业素养培育机制的对策,来应对职业素养培育的困境,旨在更好地实现高职学生职业的可持续发展,提升高职院校人才培养质量和核心竞争力。

Abstract: With the development of social economy, the cultivation of vocational quality of higher vocational students has been promoted to a new height in the process of employment and career development. It is imperative for society and colleges to promote the cultivation of vocational quality. In order to better realize the sustainable career development of higher vocational college students and improve the quality of talent training and core competitiveness of higher vocational colleges, the paper expounds the connotation and function embodiment of vocational quality, sums up the problems existing in the cultivation of vocational quality in higher vocational colleges, and puts forward some countermeasures, such as improving students’ professional quality, cultivating self-study consciousness, promoting the interactive construction of campus and enterprise cultural activities, and constructing the cultivation mechanism of the integration of production and teaching.
