综合性高职院校学生顶岗实习过程性管理的研究与实践

摘要: 顶岗实习是高职院校推进工作学习型人才培养方式的重要形式。根据高职院校学生顶岗实习过程管理的要求,针对实习过程中存在的管理和监控问题,该文建立了三方管理的学生顶岗实习制度,并在实践“五个一、六个三”后实现了系统管理设计,探索实践区域集中“教学生产工作站”“教师移动工作站”“参与式”等管理模式,旨在提高顶岗实习的关联性和有效性。

Abstract: Post practice is an important form of higher vocational colleges to promote work learning talent training. According to the requirements of higher vocational college students' post practice process management, in view of the existing management and monitoring problems in the process of post practice, this paper constructed a three-in-one student post practice management system. And in practice "five one, six three" after the realization of the system management design. In order to improve the relevance and effectiveness of in-post practice, the management modes such as "teaching production workstation", "teacher mobile workstation" and "participation mode" are explored in decentralized areas of practice centralized enterprises.
