摘要: 该文阐述了本科层次职业教育的人才培养定位,结合我国制造业向高端制造转型升级对创新型高层次机械类技术技能人才的需要,对产教融合和校企合作的人才培养模式进行研究,构建书证融合的课程体系,搭建手脑并用、做学合一的创新型实践教学体系,从理论学习-实践操作-技术创新螺旋式全过程提升学生的综合实践能力和创新能力。

Abstract: The talent training positioning of the undergraduate vocational education is explained. Based on the needs for innovative high-level mechanical technical talents in the transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing industry to high-end manufacturing, it studies the talent training model of industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation. The curriculum system that incorporates vocational certificates is constructed, and an innovative practical teaching system that uses both hands and brains and combines learning and doing is build. From theoretical study, practical operation to technical innovation, the students' comprehensive practical ability and innovation ability is enhanced in a spiral manner.
