Abstract: Cultivating the innovative awareness of college talents and encouraging financial engineering students to achieve employment through innovation and entrepreneurship can broaden the employment channels and employment space of college graduates, and combine the professional characteristics to give full play to the advantages of innovative application knowledge, contributing to national development and social stability strength. All colleges and universities should start with the characteristics of financial engineering and the connotation of innovation and entrepreneurship education, analyze the current problems in the training of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in financial engineering from the school, society and individual levels, and analyze the reasons behind such problems, can put forward effective suggestions from solving practical problems and driving the growth of professional talents, give exact solutions to problems, and realize the training of high-quality financial engineering professionals oriented by innovation and entrepreneurship.
