混合式教学模式下师范生教学技能的培养——以语文片段教学为例

摘要: 当前,关于师范生教学技能培养的研究与创新相对滞后,以课堂教学与微格教学为主,这种单一的培养模式难以实现高效教学。所以,基于混合式教学视角研究师范生教学技能的培养,对丰富信息化教学能力的内涵具有重要意义。通过分析当前师范生教学技能培养中存在的问题,结合混合式教学的启示,以语文片段教学为例,构建基于混合式教学模式的师范生教学技能培养的教学体系,并制定相应的教学评价方法,以期为培养师范生教学技能提供一些参考和借鉴。

Abstract: At present, the research and innovation on teaching skills training of normal university students are relatively lagging behind, mainly classroom teaching and micro-teaching, and this single training mode is difficult to achieve efficient teaching. Therefore, the research on the cultivation of teaching skills of normal university students based on the perspective of hybrid teaching is of great significance to enrich the connotation of information-based teaching ability. By analyzing the problems existing in the current normal teaching skills training, combined with hybrid teaching enlightenment to its, segments of language teaching, for example, build a teaching model based on hybrid of the content of the normal students teaching skills training system, and formulate the corresponding teaching evaluation method, in order to cultivate students' teaching skills to provide some reference and reference.
