摘要: 在深化产教融合的背景下,校企合作双元育人模式运行成效突出的同时仍旧存在一些障碍,如培养模式单一、合作形式缺乏创新性等。该文旨在探索地方校企合作双元育人的多样化模式,为地方高校及地方企业提供多种形式的选择,在此基础上提出一些可行性建议,从而紧密联系地方高校教学与地方社会实践需求,有效促进高校育人、学生就业、企业用人。

关键词: 校企合作, 双元育人, 培养模式

Abstract: In the context of deepening the integration of industry and education, the school-enterprise cooperation dual education mode has achieved outstanding results, but there are still some obstacles, such as: single training mode, lack of innovation in the form of cooperation, etc. This paper aims to explore the diversified mode of local school-enterprise cooperation and dual education, provide various forms of choice for local universities and local enterprises, and put forward some feasible suggestions on this basis, so as to closely link local universities' teaching and local social practice needs, and effectively promote university education, student employment and enterprise employment.
