摘要: 该文结合新时期产教融合对高职教育人才培养的新要求,剖析了当前高职教育人才培养模式存在的弊端,从构建多元主体权责明晰的产教融合管理系统,构建对接产业需求的专业、课程、教学和实训体系,打造业技融合、服务社会的专业化师资队伍,完善产教融合人才培养的保障机制四个方面,提出了高职教育深化产教融合、创新人才培养模式的对策。

Abstract: Combining the new requirements for higher vocational education talent training for industry-education integration in the new period , the article analyzes the drawbacks existing in the current higher vocational education talent training mode, and puts forwards the countermeasures of deepening industry-education integration and innovating the talent training mode from four aspects:building an industry-education integration management system for multiple entities with clear rights and responsibilities;building a series of systems on major, curriculum, teaching and practical training that meets the needs of industry development;creating a professional teachers team with knowledge, skills and serving ability;improving the guarantee mechanism for talent training integrating industry and education。
