扩招背景下高职院校教学管理的探索与实践

摘要: 教学管理工作是高职院校的重要工作,是学校教学工作正常运行的基础,是高职院校人才培养的基本保障,在人才培养、教师成长、教育改革等诸多方面均发挥着十分重要的作用,对学校的发展具有重要意义。随着我国高职扩招学生规模日趋扩大,扩招学生在年龄结构、教育背景、社会角色、学习期望、学习方式等方面都与传统高职生形成明显差别,但当前多数高职院校的教学管理制度、教学组织形式难以适应扩招背景下的人才培养要求。为了更好地服务国家人才战略发展计划,提高高职院校人才培养质量,构建适合多样化人才、多元化需求的培养模式,高职教学管理工作的优化和改革迫在眉睫。

Abstract: Teaching management is an important core work of higher vocational college management, the basis for the normal operation of school teaching and the basic guarantee for talent training in higher vocational colleges. It plays a very important role in talent training, teacher growth, education reform and so on. With the increasing expansion of the scale of higher vocational students in China, the expanded students are significantly different from the traditional higher vocational students in age structure, educational background, social roles, learning expectations and learning methods. However, at present, the teaching management system and teaching organization form of most higher vocational colleges are difficult to meet the requirements of talent training of expanded students. In order to better serve the national talent strategic development plan, improve the talent training quality of higher vocational colleges, and build a training model suitable for diversified talents and diversified needs, the optimization and reform of higher vocational teaching management is imminent.
