摘要: 中医药健康旅游产业的发展需要专业性、高层次、复合型人才。人才是健康旅游产业发展的核心动力,人才培养机制创新是中医药健康旅游产业可持续发展的保障。考察河北中医药健康旅游人才培养的现状,分析其在人才培养机制上存在市场机制不完善、校企培养脱节、有效管理机制缺乏等问题,探讨其在市场供求机制、产教融合培养机制、人才培养管理机制上的可行性创新方案,为其人力资源发展提供有益借鉴,促进河北中医药健康旅游产业提质增效。

Abstract: The development of traditional Chinese medicine health tourism industry needs professional, high-level and compound talents. Talents are the core driving force for the development of health tourism industry, and the innovation of talent training mechanism is the guarantee for the sustainable development of traditional Chinese medicine health tourism industry. This paper investigates the current situation of talent training of traditional Chinese medicine health tourism in Hebei, analyzes the problems existing in its talent training mechanism, such as imperfect market mechanism, disconnection between school and enterprise training, lack of effective management mechanism, and discusses its feasible innovative schemes in market supply and demand mechanism, industry education integration training mechanism and talent training management mechanism, so as to provide useful reference for its human resources development, promote the quality and efficiency improvement of Hebei traditional Chinese medicine health tourism industry.
