研究生创业教育:现实意蕴、经验总结和完善对策

Entrepreneurship Education for Graduate Students in China: Significance, Past Experiences, and Improvement Countermeasures

摘要: 在新形势下,研究生创业教育发展是推进我国研究生教育高质量发展和产学研结合进程的重要举措,也是缓解就业压力的重要途径。通过梳理各国研究生创业教育的历程和举措可以发现,英国、美国等国家创业教育开始时间较早、课程体系较为完善、创业校园文化氛围浓郁、“产—学—研”创业人才培养模式较为成熟。因此,我国研究生创业教育需遵循教育发展的一般规律、构建多样化的创业教育评价体系、打造创业教育多渠道合作平台、建立创业成果先行示范区等。

Abstract: At the graduate education level, entrepreneurship education plays a key role in guaranteeing education quality, realizing Industry-University-Research (IUR) cooperation, and easing unemployment pressure in China. Entrepreneurship education started in countries including the United States and the United Kingdom. After years of development, the entrepreneurship education in those pioneer nations has been well established in terms of the curriculum system, campus culture, and the IUR cooperation. This study suggests that the development of entrepreneurship education in China should follow general rules as well as be based on a diversified evaluation system and on means (e.g., preferential policies) that can facilitate the IUR cooperation.
