基于3D打印技术的机械类课程教学改革

摘要: 在机械类专业设计课堂教学中,讲授形状复杂工件时,学生对二维工程图的理解及空间构建方面存在盲区,加之少数教师教学方法、教具等存在问题,不利于较好地开展教学。针对这些问题,该文提出将3D打印技术应用到机械类三维实体教学实验课中,通过“一学二做三打印”的教学手段,使学生更好地掌握复杂工件的画法和特点,使学生掌握零配件设计的要领,并熟练掌握该课程的核心内容,达到教学目的。

Abstract: In the classroom teaching of mechanical design, students have blind spots in understanding two-dimensional engineering drawings and space construction when teaching complex shapes of workpiece. In addition, a few teachers have problems in teaching methods, teaching AIDS, which are not conducive to better teaching. To solve these problems, this paper presents the applications of 3D printing technology to mechanical three-dimensional entity teaching experiment, through the "one learn two do three print" teaching method, make students better grasp the complicated workpieces drawing and characteristic, make the students master parts design main point, and mastering the core content of the course, the purpose of teaching.
