“双院”协同开展高校思政课实践教学的创新研究——以山西农业大学信息学院思政课实践教学改革为例

摘要: 现代大学书院制的兴起为高校思政课实践教学的开展提供了多种可能。现代大学书院制独特的组织结构、教育管理方法、创建的交互平台、完整的覆盖面以及充足的人员、场地、经费等较好地弥补了传统思政实践教学的短板。因此,思政课实践教学由以往的学院(马克思主义学院或思政部)主要承担转向学院与书院“双院”协同开展很有必要。在“双院”协同开展思政课实践教学中,首先要做好顶层设计,建立并健全领导机制、运行机制、教学评价机制、保障机制;其次要依据各校培养特色、教师的胜任能力、学生的喜爱程度来制定思政课实践教学方案“自助餐”,让单调乏味的实践教学活动变得多元、个性,可供学生自主选择,提升实践教学实效性。

Abstract: The rise of modern college system provides a variety of possibilities for the practical teaching of Ideological and political courses in Colleges and universities. The unique organizational structure, educational management method, interactive platform, complete coverage and sufficient personnel, space and funds of modern college system make up for the shortcomings of traditional ideological and political practice teaching. Therefore, it is necessary for the practical teaching of Ideological and political course to shift from the former colleges (Marxist college or ideological and Political Department) to the "double colleges" of colleges and academies. In the collaborative practice teaching of Ideological and political course, we should first do a good job in the top-level design, establish and improve the leadership mechanism, operation mechanism, teaching evaluation mechanism and guarantee mechanism; secondly, we should formulate the "buffet" of Ideological and political course practice teaching program according to the training characteristics of each school, the competency of teachers and the liking degree of students, so as to make the monotonous practice teaching activities diversified, personality, for students to choose, improve the effectiveness of practical teaching.
