摘要: 近年来“创新创业”成为全社会关注的焦点及热点,国务院办公厅、教育部等全面宏观调控,出台一系列关于深化创新创业教育的政策,全国各省市积极响应。这些因地制宜、具有区域特色化发展的政策红利,促进了职业院校创新创业教育工作的发展。在此背景下,有效提升学校的管理服务水平,培养符合未来发展的具有实践能力的复合型人才成为职业院校的重要职责与使命,而创新创业导师是创新创业教育能否取得成功的关键要素,对职业院校的育人功能具有重要的影响,酒泉职业技术学院在全面完善“三阶四维”创新创业教育体系的基础上构建了阶梯化的创新创业导师队伍,在校内校外、专兼结合、政企协同、科研转化方面全面提升育人能力,建立起一支高水平、特色化的创新创业教育师资队伍。

Abstract: In recent years, "innovation and entrepreneurship" has become the focus and hot spot of the whole society. The general office of the State Council, the Ministry of education and other comprehensive macro-control have issued a series of policies on deepening innovation and entrepreneurship education, and provinces and cities across the country have responded positively. These policy dividends, which are suitable for local conditions and have regional characteristics, promote the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in vocational colleges. In this context, it is an important duty and mission of vocational colleges to effectively improve the management and service level of the school and cultivate practical compound talents in line with the future development. The innovation and entrepreneurship tutor is the key factor for the success of innovation and entrepreneurship education, and has an important impact on the educational function of vocational colleges. Jiuquan vocational and technical college is comprehensively improving the "three levels and four levels" on the basis of the "Wei" innovation and entrepreneurship education system, a ladder based innovation and entrepreneurship tutor team has been built to comprehensively improve the education ability in and out of school, full-time and part-time combination, government enterprise cooperation, and scientific research transformation, and a high-level and characteristic teaching staff of innovation and entrepreneurship education has been established.
